Refund policy

At Blue Note Botanicals, each product is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if there is a problem with your order-such as receiving the wrong item or your package arriving damaged-please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at bluenotebotanicals@gmail.com.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items:

  • We may offer a replacement or store creditdepending on the situation
  • For items damaged in transit, we may require photos of the damaged products and packaging to assist with any claims through the shipping carrier
  • Please note that once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider, but we'll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
