Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their quality.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches, inspired by traditional apothecary practices. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery speed depends on the carrier once your order has shipped.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We focus on thoughtfully selected ingredients designed for everyday use. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list or performing a patch test before full use.
